Granite Slabs UK Ltd provides an 8‑year warranty on the Quartz Direct range of engineered quartz, covering manufacturing defects in the material from the date of supply. The warranty is available to customers who use an approved fabricator and activate their coverage by submitting the completed warranty form and fitter’s invoice. It applies only to the original owner and installation address and does not include fabrication, installation or transport costs. Damage caused by misuse, thermal shock, chemicals, abrasives or improper installation are not covered.
